What is Reverse Osmosis?
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification tech that uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from raw water. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure. Reverse osmosis can remove most types of impurities, such as dissolved and suspended chemical species as well as bacteria from water. It is widely used in both industrial processes and potable water production. The result is that the impurities is rejected on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure water is allowed to pass to the other side.
What is RO DM Plant?
Raw water from well, bore or any source will have dissolved salts in ion form. Demineralization water plant is designed to removing the dissolved mineral salts from Raw Water by using the RO membrane or ion exchange process.
DM Water Plant is used in Industrial applications, Where as High purity of DM Water is required and it should be partly or full free from Ions. We provided DM Water plant with following combinations:
1.RO Plant – single pass RO or double pass RO (partly free from ions)
2.Double pass RO EDI plant(final product water can be Greater than or equal to 15 MΩ·cm)
3.Double pass RO EDI PMB(final product water can be Greater than or equal to 18 MΩ·cm)
Characteristics
1. Modular design, fully automatic control.
2. Pretreatment RO membrane and EDI module can be automatically washed.
3. Different modules will automatically switch to self-circulation mode, which guarantees no dead water exists.
4. Low pressure switch is equipped to protect the high pressure pump form damage in case of water cut.
5. Water quality monitoring system continuously showing out the output water quality to prevent production loss from unqualified water.
6. Pressure monitoring system is equipped to RO membrane to figure out the washing time for RO membrane.
7. Water tank is equipped with liquid level controller.
8. Top brand pump, gauge and RO membrane.
